Purpose of UV Light WA-1310 incorporates the technology of UV Germicidal lighting (UV-C) to effectively inactivate microorganisms. Due to its short wavelength (200 to 270nm), UV-C penetrate outer membranes of bacteria, yeasts, molds and viruses - attacking the DNA which makes up their structure. By breaking the chains within the DNA, the microorganism is then unable to reproduce and die. UV Germicidal light has proven effective in a growing number of applications where control of microorganisms is important.

:: One year warranty on labor. Faulty units will have to be shipped to the only service center (in the U.S.) in Los Angeles, CA for repairs at customer's cost. There will be no labor or replacement parts fee for the first year of warranty from date of purchase.
:: Three year limited warranty on parts. For the 2nd and 3rd year of warranty, customers must bear both labor and shipping cost for repairs.
:: Five year warranty on compressor

This item ships via FedEx and delivery will take approximately 3 - 7 business working days depending on your location from the warehouse in CA. Item leaves warehouse in 2-3 days after order has been processed. Due to the size and weight of this item, delivery method will be standard ground. We must be notified of defective units received within 2 weeks of receipt and we will schedule FedEx for a pick-up of the defective unit and send you a new replacement unit at our cost.
