WA-1200H portable air
conditioner, a small sized appliance, can adjust the temperature and humidity of a room up
to 400 Sq. Feet. This mobile air conditioner provides 12,000 BTU cooling & heating
capacity with whisper quiet operation. It can be used in any most average sized rooms -
bedroom, lounge, office or small conservatory. 2-speed fan with horizontal auto swing
louvers enhances cooling and fanning performance and maximizes energy efficiency and
improves air circulation in poorly ventilated environments.
Self Evaporating Technology
During the cooling or heating process, some water is extracted from the air into the unit.
Most of this water is then recycled and is used to cool the unit and make it run more
efficiently. This means that approximately 65 to 70% of water condensed is evaporated out
with the exhaust air and reducing the hassle of emptying the water tank constantly.
This unit has a built-in water tank (not removable, but does have a drain outlet) and an
optional water tube for drainage. When the tank fills, the compressor stops operating and
the power light will flash. Comes with both a window and a wall exhaust kit. The wall kit
enables the unit to exhaust through the wall.

Warranty:

to the only service center (in the U.S.) in Los Angeles, CA for repairs at customer's
cost. There will be no labor or replacement parts fee for the first year of warranty from
date of purchase.
